Gunberly LLC builds SignBridge AI to remove communication barriers — so accessibility isn't an afterthought for us, it's the entire premise. This statement covers the accessibility of this website. We hold our product, currently in private beta, to the same standard as it matures.
1. Our Commitment
We design and develop this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, switch devices, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation, and people with low vision or photosensitivity.
2. Conformance Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we treat conformance as a continuous target rather than a one-time checklist.
3. Accessibility Measures on This Site
- Semantic HTML structure with landmark regions and a logical heading order
- Visible keyboard focus states on all interactive elements
- Full keyboard operability for navigation, the FAQ accordion, and the waitlist form
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for text and interactive elements
- Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion system setting, which disables non-essential animation
- Descriptive link and button text rather than generic "click here" labels
- A responsive layout that supports zoom and reflow up to 400% without loss of content
4. Assistive Technology Compatibility
We test this site with a combination of modern browsers and common assistive technologies, including:
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack on Android
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows
- Keyboard-only navigation, without a mouse or trackpad
5. Known Limitations
As a private-beta product, some areas of SignBridge AI are still evolving. Known limitations we're actively working on include:
- Some decorative animations and gradients in the hero visual are marked as presentational, but we continue refining their behavior for low-vision and photosensitive users
- Beta product surfaces outside this marketing website (such as in-session avatar controls) are held to this same standard but are tested separately as they evolve
We don't consider these acceptable end states — they're tracked the same way we track any other product issue.
6. Feedback & Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this website or in the SignBridge AI beta, we want to know. Please tell us:
- The page or feature where you ran into the issue
- The assistive technology and browser you were using, if relevant
- A short description of what happened
Reach us at accessibility@gunberly.com. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and prioritize fixes accordingly.
